The silence of the forest
is alive and connected
transmissions moving through
fungal networks
Standing as witness
to the many footsteps of sentient beings
to songs carried by smoke
to time embedded in soil
there is knowledge in the land
temporality recorded through changing forms
Time moves like a river with dimension
faces shift their expressions
names fall away through lived experience
villages rise and dissolve
yet the trees remain in place
listening to the collective of what passes
Elements move as energy shaping form
bark and root
resting in shadow
nothing separate from the land
matter becoming presence
light dancing with the spirit of time
komorebi
Fire arrives as both destroyer and cleanser
a living force with intention
testing what is fragile
renewing what endures
leaving marks that become memory
etched into the skin of the tree
The forest does not alter time
it is the patient sum of slow change
poems of the unseen
written into rings
life measured through endurance
as time reshapes the forest
Storms rise as anger and noise
rain speaking with urgency
wind bending limbs toward surrender
until even chaos remembers
how to return to quiet
Peace lives at the center
the unseen remains
present
yet invisible
observing stillness
between heartbeats
Life transmits outward toward space
as vision
ethereal signs of something sacred
a silent dream shared
by earth and its inhabitants
who remembers ancient wisdom
